REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rosemary Kagendo Nguura, of P.O. Box 1247, Nanyuki, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nanyuki/Municipality Block 2/559 (Kilimo), containing 0.0774 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas it has been noted that the said parcel of land was initially allocated to Eva Wanjiru Thuita by Kilimo Welfare Group, and whereas all efforts made to have the title deed issued therefore surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration and issuance of a land title deed to the said Eva Wanjiru Thuita, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Rosemary Kagendo Nguura, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
