WHEREAS Funguo Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 52748, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajaido, registered under title Nos. Ngong/Ngong/26110, 26152, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open new land registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
