WHEREAS Julius Kariuki Wamiri, of P. O. Box 629, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.2808, 0.2808, 1.074, 0.760 and 0.8741 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title Nos. Laikipia/Daiga Umande Block 2/1173 (Mwireri), Laikipia/Daiga Umande Block 2/1156 (Mwireri), Laikipia/Daiga Umande Block 4/91 (Nyariginu), Laikipia/Daiga Umande Block 4/88 (Nyariginu) and Segera/Segera Block 2/1100 (Mbugio–Ngai), respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
