APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 6 (1) of the Civil Aviation (Investigations of Accidents) Regulations, 1979, the Minister for Transport appoints— CLATUS ODHIAMBO MACOWENGA to be Chief Inspector of Aircraft Accidents, for a period of one (1) year, with effect from the 4th January, 2011.
