APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by part II, section 4 (e) to (h) of the Higher Education Loans Board Act, the Acting Minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology appoints— Grace Jemutai Kiptui, Mwenda Thiribi, to be Board members of the Higher Education Loans Board, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from 28th December, 2010.
