REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muriuki Mwaniki (deceased). is registered, proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngariama/Nyangeni/322, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the resident magistrate's court at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 21 of 2005, has issued grant letters of administration to John Muriuki Mwaniki, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Muriuki Mwaniki (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RI.. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muriuki Mwaniki (deceased), shall he deemed to he cancelled and of no effect. • Dated the 24th December, 2008.
