GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12284

WHEREAS Wathiru Kiiru (deceased), is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Komothai/GathUgu/T.I61. T. 153 and T.170 and Komothai/Gathugu/499 and Gatamaiyu/Nyanduma/929 and 1053. containing 0.24 acre. 9.25 acre. 0.20 acre 1.04 and 3.88 hectares or thereabout. situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi. in succession cause No. 1289 of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration to (I) Michael Karanja, (2) Stephen Ndichu, (3) Stanley Wathiru Kimani and (4) Joseph Kanyua Wathiru, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wathiru Kiiru (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and - proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RI.. 19 and RI,. 7. and issue land title deeds to the saidD Michael Karanja, (2) Stephen Ndichu, (3j Stanley Wathiru Kirnani and (4) Joseph Kanyua Wathiru, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier
