WHEREAS Sotik Highlands Tea Estate Limited, a limited liability Company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office in Kericho, of P.O. Box 71, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 6756/1, situate in the south of Kericho Township in the Keicho District„ by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 19963/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of tide issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided, that no objection has Seen received within that period.
