TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 OF 2008 By Lekotok ole Selelo, of P.O. Box 272, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased's uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otuma Santa, late of Kilonito Location, who died at Kilonito, on 13th November, 2004. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2008 By Martha Nyambura Mburu, of P.O. Box 15519, Mbagathi in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalina Nyambura Mburu, who died at Kenyatta National National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of- this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
