TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 532 OF 2008 ' By John Kiruja M'Inoti, of Kithunguri Location in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Inoti M'Arithi alias !nod Aruthi, late of Meru, who died on 28th January, 2001. CAUSE No. 517 OF 2008 By Mary Mwari, of P.O. Box 1484. Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gedion M'A rungu, who died on 6th December, 2000. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within, thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
