TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 782 OF 2008 By (I) Mary Nduku Muendo and Maithya Masika, both of P.O. Box 1032, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathei Masika, late of Kawauni Location, who died there on I st March, 1999. CAUSE No. 795 OF 2008 By Boniface Mutie Ngolya and (2) Kamene Mativo, both of P.O. Box 30599, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mativo Ngolya Nganda, late of Kilili Location, who died at Kilili Location, Makueni District, on 23rd January, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unles, cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
