THE REGISTRATION OF -TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Sheikh Mohammed and -Farah Mohamed. Barrow. trading as Alfa Traders, are registered proprietors lessees of that piece of land containing 0.5078 hectare or thereabouts, known as LR. No. 36NI1/1037, situate in the city of Nairobi. held under a lease registered as I.R. 33892/52, and whereas the lessor, Nairobi city council, have denounced the authenticity of the lease in favour of Ali Sheikh Mohammed and Farah Mohammed Barrow trading as Alfa Traders, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the original lease and proceed with the cancellation of the said instrument of lease.
