ACT

the following conditions— (a)That the size of the breast piece at the top centre should not be more than 30 cm. x 30 cm.; (b)That reserved (national flag) colours may be applied on the lower side of the apron; (c)That there should be a break line of any other colour (other than.the reserved colours) measuring minimum 20 cm between the breast piece and the applied reserved colours so that the breast piece is-clearly displayed on its own; (c) The applicant submits a specimen that complies with the foregoing specifications before using then for the intended purpose.
