TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 724 OF 2008 By (I) Georgina Mueni Kitonyi and (2) Patrick Munyto Kitonyi, both of P.O. Box 1087, Kangundo' in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, or a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muli Kisilu, late of Kaduna Location, who died at Kimutwa, on 29th August, 2007. CAUSE No. 747 OF 2008 By Musyoka Mutie Makau; of P.O. Box 34, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate, to the estate of Tabitha Mumbua Muds, late of Lower Kiandani Location. who died there on 6th May, 2005.
