WHEREAS Erastus Ngaruiya dichuru—of P.O. Box 806-00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya,, is registered as _proprietor in . absolute ownership interest of- that piece of land containing 0.063 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Kikuyu/Kikuyu Block I/431, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show, that the lend title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is givetuthat after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof; 1 shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
