WHEREAS Jamila Mohamed Hadi. of P.O. Box 42110, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land subdivision No. 3629 (Original No. 1327/1) section 111 mainland north within Kilifi Municipality in the Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 34487/I, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
