WHEREAS (1) Mama Nasser Mohamed, (2) Safa Nasser Mohamed, (3) Wahid gasser Mohamed and (4) Sara Nasser Mphamed, all of P.O.•Box 81692, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land subdivision No. 4521 (Original No. 3163/3) section III mainland north within KIN Municipality in the Kilifi Whitt, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 40172/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
