NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 2nd July, 2008, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2195, in Volume Dl, Folio 208/1970, File No. MMVIII, by our client, Jude Mwangi Kamau, of P.O. Box 33, Kangari in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Wanjihia Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Wanjihia Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jude Mwangi Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jude Mwangi Kamau only.
