WHEREAS Ruth Njeri Mutema, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Ruim/Ruiru East Block 2/3780 and 3791, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Thika, in DO's case No. 76 of 2006, has ordered that the ownership of the two parcels of land be granted to Stephen Wainaina Kimani, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deeds issued to her in respect of the said pieces of land by the land registrar hive failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I. intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant of document and issue land title deeds to the said Stephen Wainaina Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Ruth Njeri Mutema (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect Dated the 5th December, 2008. Elizabeth Kitiya Joseph, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land be registered in the name of Joseph Kiriinya M'Ringera, and, whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier in the name of Joseph Kiriinya M'Ringem (deceased) is lost notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the pmduction of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RI- 19 in the name of Elizabeth Kinya Joseph, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Joseph Kiriinya M'Ringera (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NOT_ICE No. 11467 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Ephantus Gitonga Stephen (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as lgoji/Kiangua/1715, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrate's Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No 413 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Bridget Gatwiri Muraga, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Ephantus Gitonga Stephen, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier in the name of Joseph Kinyanjui Kamau (deceased) lost notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the name of Bridget Gatwiri Mumga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ephantus Gitonga Stephen (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. - Dated the 5th December, 2008. REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Joseph Kinyanjui Kamau (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Komothai/Gathugu/766, containing 4.3 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya, in succession cause No. 1163 of 1995, has issued grant letters of administration to Ruth Wanjiku Kuria alias Ruth Wanjiku Kinyanjui, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Kinyanjui Kamau (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, i intend to dispense with the production of the said iand title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RI,. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kinyanjui Kamau (deceased), shall be deetned to be cancelled and of no effect.
