WHEREAS Maurice Odawa Ojalo, of P.O. Box 64, Ndhiwa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.1 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Homa Bay, registered under title No. Kanyamwa/Kabonyo Kwandiku/725, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed .provided that no objection has been received within that period. I 1 464 - THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Moses Ndungu Mungai, of P.O. Box 60444, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mavoko Town Block 2/5459, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the commercial court at Milimani, in civil suit No. 11556 of 2003, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided and one portion be transferred to Gidraphn gungi Gitundu, Danson Mworia Njihia, George Njoroge Ngugi (Kihururu self help group-trustees), P.O. Box 120, Ngecha, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of as above of P. 0. Box 120, Ngecha, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said trustees, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moses Ndungu Mungai, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NoricE No. 11469 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Mwenda Macharia Mwenda alias Mwenda Macharia (deceased),, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc.16/Kigoro/694, containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No 622 of 2008, has issued grant letters of administration to John Matharia Mwenda, and whereas the rand title deed issued earlier to Mwenda Machatia Mwenda alias Mwenda Macharia (deceased) has been reported missing or lost notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received \within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land _title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Rt. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwenda Matharia Mwenda alias Mwentla Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
