WHEREAS Charles Mutuku Wambua. of P.O. Box 19598. Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land subdivision No 3716 (Original No 1073/761) section II mainland north within Mombasa Municipality. situate in the Mombasa District. by Virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 20554/1. and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days front the date hereof.
