Notice is given that by a deed poll Dated the 31st July, 2008, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1328, in Volume DI, Folio 283/1690, File No. MMVIII, by our client Joseph Kenyatta Nduiga, of P.O. Box 44297- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Ngauru Nduiga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Joseph Ngauru Nduiga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joseph Kenyatta Nduiga, for all intents and purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joseph Kenyatta Nduiga only.
