COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Notice is given that preparation of the above development plan was on 12th September, 2008, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Pondo Township, Nyandarua County Council. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Nyahururu and Nyandarua County Council Offices. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the of the District Physical Planning Officer, Nyahururu and Nyandarua County Council Offices between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representation or objection in writing to he received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 1135, Nyahururu, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice. and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
