THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT SIAKAGO IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE'OF NJOKA PETERO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Gachoki, on 28th August, 1994, has been filed in this registry by. Peter Nyaga Njoka, of P.O. Box 618, Embu, in his capacity as son of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of -the pmposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
