GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11175

WHEREAS Mary Annah Ngina (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mwerua/Kiandai/259, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in Succession Cause No. 17 of 1983, has issued grant of letters of administration to. (I) Sammy Maina Ngina and (2) Rogers Mwangi 28th NOV&ritiet, 2008 IZENYA GAZETTE 3025 Miano, and whereas the land, title deed issued earlier to the said Mary Annah Ngina (deceased) has been reported missing or lost. notice is given thSt after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mary Annah Ngina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
