REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shadrack Opala Ojwando (deceased), of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kamagambo/Kanyajuok/769, situate in the district of Rongo,.and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court•at Migori, in civil suit No. 59 of 2008, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Meshack Onyango Olondo, and whereas all efforts made to recover to the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Meshack Onyango Olondo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Shadrack Opala Ojwando (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
