No. KAJ 627E Mazda Familia, Chassis No. BFNR 103187 within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said vehicles which are currently lying in L.R. No. 291, Thika Road, 'Thome 5, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of, this publication -and any other incidentals costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the disposal of uncollected goods Act (Cap. 38), either by public auction. tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be ed against all accrued charges without any further reference to tuner.
