NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the motor vehicle Reg. Number KAC 928P, Volvo Saloon 740, which is lying at the premises of M/s Auto Executive Limited of P.O. Box 42809-00100, Nairobi,40 take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding accumulated storage charges, repair charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date of delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction or private treaty by M/s. Whitestone Auctioneers (K) Limited, Whitestone House, Chepkorio Road, off Lusaka Road, P.O. Box 79157, Nairobi, without any further notice thereof. Dated the 4th November, 2008. K. N.
