D. Hospital, on 30th December, 2007, has been fled in this registry by (I)Temsah Nyaboke Pidepald (2): Rose B. Ndege, both of P.O. Box 17, Nyambunwa, in dtefr respective capacities as widow and sister of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the premed form tt the making of the proposed grant are invited and !nest be lodged it this registry within thirty (30)days Of publication of this notice. And further take setae that if no objection has been lodged in din registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date o publication of this notice, :thecourt may proceed to make the grant a •prnyedor to make such order
