THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT MOMBASA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH MATLIEKA INDO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE No. 193'0F 2008 LET ALL the parties.concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Makindii klospital, Makueni, on 11th August, 2007, has been filed in thit registry 'by (1) Elizabeth Ktvini Matheka and (2) Mary Matha Matyuki, both of P.O. Box 87905- 80100, Mombasa, in their capacitiesas widOws of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days Of publication of this notice. And *thee take notice that if no objection hal been lodged in this registry in the proscribed "'thrill within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
