TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 706 OF 2008 By. Paul Ngao Lavti, of P.O. Box 12, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of lemr‘ of administration intestate to the estate of Nzisa Levu, late of Mitaboni. Location, who died at Mwanga, hEtaboni I on 9th January' 2004. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
