WHEREAS Abedinego Ndwiga (deceased), of Embu Municipality in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngandori/Kiri gin 143, containing 4.05 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu, in Succession Cause No. 50 of 2004, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Ndwiga, and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Daniel Njue Ndwiga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Abedinego Ndwiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZE E NOTICE No. 10853 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Nclithiu s/o Wachira, of P.O. Box 388, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Aguthi/Muruguru/221, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in civil suit No. 423 of 1999, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Joram Evan Wachira and others, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to heirs; and whereas all efforts made to look for the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to, the said Joram Evan Wachira and others, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nduhiu s/o Wachira, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
