WHEREAS Patrick Mini, or P.O. Box 49559, Nairobi in the Republic of Kehya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece, of land containing 0.82 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/13969, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is given that I shall open a new land_ mgister at the expiration of sixty (60) days, from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
