THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Nduta Peter, as administrator of the estate of Peter Julius Gathu (deceased), of P.O. Box 133, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0762 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 4953/1730, situate in Thika District, held under grant registered. as I.R. 51476/1, and whereas Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of the said Mary Nduta Peter of P.O. Box 113, Thika, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (I) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 51476/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
