Box 1067, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 100.0 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 772/6, situate in the west of Eldoret Municipality in the Uasin Gishu District, held under certificate of title registered as I.R. 8265, and whereas Trans-National Bank has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of the estate of Rebecca Jelagat, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 8203, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
