NOTICE is given that preparation of the above development plan was on 31st October, 2008, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Oyngis Ttownship. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the offices,of the District Physical Planning Officer, ICosele, Chief, Kowidi Location and Oyugis Town Council. The copies so'eposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer. Kosele, ChieL Kowidi Location and Oyugis Town Council, between the hours of 8.00 HMI. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representation or objection in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer.
