GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10620

WHEREAS Nzingi Isika, of P.O. Box 1041, Kangundo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kangundo/Muisuni/202, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Machakos, in civil suit No. 169 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided equally and be transferred to (1) Mary Wanza and (2) Josephine Wanza, both of P.O. Box 1070, Kangundo, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of (1) Mary Wanza and (2) Josephine Wanza, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Mary Wanza and (2) Josephine Wanza, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nzingi Isika, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
