GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10619

WHEREAS Jackson Makene Isika, of P.O. Box 1070, Kangundo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kangundo/Muisuni/2406 and 370, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Machakos, in civil suit No. 169 of 2007, has ordered that the said pieces of land be subdivided equally and transferred to (1) Mary Wanza and (2) Josephine Wanza, both of P.O. Box 1070, Kangundo, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of (1) Mary Wanza and (2) Josephine Wanza, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Mary Wanza and (2) Josephine Wanza, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jackson Makene Isika, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
