Mikumbune Location, Mew in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis M'Marete M'Mwirichia, late of Mikumbune Location, who died at Nkubu Hospital, on 3Ist March, 2004. CAUSE No. 492 OF 2008 By Jacob Chokera M'Lithara, of Muringene Location, Igembe Central in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rithara Muraria alias Rithara Muiraria alias M'Lithara M'Muikaria, late of Muringene Location, Nyambene, who died at Kithare, on 10th April, 1980. CAUSE No. 508 OF 2008 By (I) Eunice Nkunu and (2) Loise Karimi Murungi, both of P.O. Box 118, Meru in Kenya, the deceased'i widows, for a grant of letters of adminiitration intestate to the estate of Muchke Mathiu. alias Mucheke Imathiu, late of Mew District, who died at Nairobi, on 16th June, 1988.
