WHEREAS Kigen Kababii, of P.O. Box 352, Iten in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as hong/hen/668, situate in the district of Keiyo, whereas the said proprietor has caused a =subdivision of the said title aforementioned into two new titles known as hong/hen/2621 and 2622, and that a transfer of land No. irong/Iten 2622, is awaiting registration,411 efforts made to have the land title deed, for plot No. hong/ken/668 surrendered has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed issued to Kigen Kababii and proceed with the registration of mutation and transfer of the land of both plot Nos. Irong/Iten/668 and 2622, respictively, the later being in favour of Thomas Kimutai Chemitei, of P.O. Box 352, Iten, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kigen Kababii, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no use. Dated the 7th, November, 2008. D. D.
