WHEREAS David Ndungu Muchiri, of P.O. Box 185, Uthim in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of those pieces of land containing 0.0450 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambit, registered under certificates of -lease Nos. Kikuyu/Kikuyu Block 1/1239, 393 and 392, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of leases issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificates of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
