TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 44 OF 2003 By (I) Eliakim M. Jumbo. and (2) Drysoo M Jambe, both of P.O.- Box 219, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased's brother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Muliro Jumba, who died at Sango Sub-location, on 9th July, 2002, The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to, the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
