NO. 9205 THE LIQUOR LICENSING ACT (Cap. 121) MAKUENI DISTRICT LIQUOR LICENSING COURT STATUTORY MEETING NOTICE is given that the next statutory meeting of Makueni Liquor Licensing Court will be held in the District Commissioner's boardroom, Laikipia East, on Monday 10th November, 2008 at 10.00 a.m. Applications to be considered at this meeting whether for new, transfers, removals, or conversion of licences should be submitted on the prescribed from GP. 147 or 148 in case of transfer or removal in- triplicate with a KSh. 10 adhesive revenue stamp affixed on the original copy only and addressed to the Chairman, Makueni District Liquor Licensing Court, P.O. Box 1, Makueni, so as to reach him on or before 25th September, 2008. Late application will only be accepted if received on or before 10th October, 2008 on payment of KSh. 1,000 being late application fee. Applications for new, transfer, removal or conversion of licences must appear in person before the Liquor Licensing Court or be represented by an advocate. Attendance in court by renewal applicants is optional unless there are objections in which case attendance is desirable. Box 30124, Nairobi, so as to reach him on or, before 29th October, 2008. Late application will only be accepted if received on or before 14th November, 2008 on payment of KSh. 300 being late application fee.
