NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th July, 2008, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 681, in Volume DI, Folio 263/2486, File No. MMVIII, by our client, Wanjiku Gitau, of P.O. BoN 76090-00508, Narobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Doreen Wanjiku Kiambuthi alias Doreen Rachel Wanjiku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Doreen Wanjiku Kiambuthi alias Doreen Rachel Wanjiku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wanjiku Gitau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Wanjiku Gitau only.
