CAUSENO. 546 OF 2008 By (1) Daniel Kioko Kyove and (2) Joshua Munyao Kyove, both of P.O. Box 50, Murata in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of achninithation intestate to the estate of Kyove Kirtho Ng'uli, late of Mwala Location, who died there on 22nd July, 1997.
