WHEREAS Central Kenya Wholesalers Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office in Nairobi, of P.O. Box 30487, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8212, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 27049, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I 'shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period. Nairobi, a local authority duly constituted under Local Govemment Act (Cap. 265), is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 17.60 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 11927, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under grant, registered as I.R. 59416/1, and whereas the said City Council of Nairobi has executed an instrument of lease in favour of (1) Evans Ndungu, (2) Joseph Murage and (3) Rose Maseshe, trading as Pherghe Agencies, of P.O. Box 1118-00400, Nairobi; and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 59416/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of lease.
