WHEREAS Kariuki Enterprises Limited, of P.O: Box 14178- 00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered priprietor lessee of that piece of land known -w L.R. No. 12861/252, situate in the north east of Thika Town in the Mika District, by virtue of a certificate of tide registered as I.R. 61965/1, and whereas sisfircient evidence has been **liked to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expired-raid ninety (90) days from the date hereof I shall issue a Morisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within' that period.
