THE HIGH COURT OP KENYA AT KISUMU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN OWUOR 017ENO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 441 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at District Hospital, Rachuonyo, on 20th September, 2002, has been filed in this registry by (1) Hellen Achieng Otieno and (2) Clive Owino Otieno, both of P.O. Box 69510-00400, Nairobi, in their' respective capacities as widow and son of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed fonn to the making of the proposal grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the preicribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
