REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Wangu Njoroge, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Limuru/Kamirithuff. 631, containing 0.15 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas thi Municipal Council of Limuru, has confirmed that the land title deed issued to Grace Wangu Njoroge, was fraudulently obtained vide the letter Ref. MCIJLND/13/2/3Nol. X11/30 dated 25th April, 2007, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period I intend to cancel the said land title deed and the said parcel reverts to the Council.
