WHEREAS Joseph Njuguna Muiruri, of P.O. Box 610, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0808- hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 24/1701, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced, to show that the land register is lost and cannot be , traced in the office, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register to replace the lost one, provided that no objection will have been received within that period.
